ADJUSTING THE HYDRAULIC REBOUND
DAMPER
Turn screw

to adjust the hydraulic re-
bound damper.
Turning the screw anticlockwise (out) de-
creases the damping effect.
Standard adjustment:
24 clicks from the completely closed posi-
tion
ADJUSTING THE SPRING PRELOAD
To adjust the spring preload, use the pro-
cedure described below.
Loosen counter-ring

. Rotate ring

clock-
wise to increase the spring preload (and
consequently the shock absorber preload)
or anticlockwise to decrease it.
After obtaining the desired preload, turn
counter-ring

until it stops against adjust-
ing ring

Low-speed adjustment

Using a screwdriver, loosen screw

by
turning it clockwise to decrease the hy-
draulic compression damper.
Standard adjustment:
Screw completely open, 21/21 clicks
High-speed adjustment
•
Turn knob

anticlockwise to decrease
the hydraulic compression damper.
Standard adjustment
Knob completely open, 24/24 clicks
WARNING
Starting from the standard position, turn the
knob anticlockwise (with a closing action).
The central screw will move along with the
knob. This is normal, as the screw will be
in completely open position anyway.
