You only have to execute this process once (for both soles). The remote control remains connected when the sole is
switched off with the remote control in the meantime. The sole remains standby and still uses a little power.
When you switch off the sole with the push button on the sole, the sole must also be switched on again with the
push button. If you will not be using the soles for a longer period of time, we recommend using the push button and
not the remote control. This prevents the soles from being discharged too deeply.
If the remote control ever gets disconnected, it can be connected again by means of the above-mentioned process.
It is also possible to connect a new remote control in this way.
Functions of the remote control:
The remote control has three positions and a power button. If you want to switch off the soles temporarily, you can
press the power button. Do you want to activate the heat? Press the required temperature position. By means of
positions I, II and III you are able to control the temperatures (position III is the warmest position).
When the sole is empty, you can charge it again with the provided USB charger. If the sole has been fully off after
discharging, you must switch it on again by means of the button on the side before the remote control will respond.
The button on the sole always has precedence. If you switched off the sole with the button, it cannot be switched on
again by means of the remote control.
CUTTING TO SIZE
At the front of the bottom of the sole you will find a number of lines with size indications. Do not cut off the soles
any further than the last line. On the side of the sole, you will have a maximum room for cutting on both sides of 0.5
cm.
The BERTSCHAT® Heated Soles were designed with a front that is as thin as possible, to make the space in your shoes
as comfortable as possible. This ergonomic sole can replace your current insole.
Do not bend the soles by more than 90 degrees. If the sole is bent further, the heating element could get damaged.
