the room must not contain potentially explosive
materials or substances;

preparation of food;

the temperature must range between 5° C and 35°C;

an electrical switchboard must be provided to connect
to the machine’s power cord; the switchboard must
comply with the regulations in force in the country
where the machine is installed and must be close to
the machine and easy to reach.
POSITIONING THE UNIT
3. Keep the unit more than
65 cm
from the side
walls and from other hot or cold machines.
We recommend that the machine is placed under a
suction hood
to allow the elimination of steam faster.
The unit can be rested on a cabinet or hung to a bracket
supplied by the Manufacturer

Machine resting on a cabinet
The cabinet that supports the machine should have the
following characteristics:
•
be stable;
•
the cabinet surfaces must be made of a fire-retardant
material and coated with a fireproof thermo-insulating
material;
•
the cabinet dimensions must fit the machine’s size;
•
the cabinet must be sturdy enough to bear the unit
weight;
•
the cabinet must be aligned; small differences in the
alignment could be solved by rotating the legs of the
machine clockwise or anticlockwise.
