Using the device
Touch ‘N’ Go functions
The unique Touch ‘N’ Go function on
your thermostat is a revolutionary tool
that allows you to use a simplified pro-
gramming option; you literally touch
and go - to help you achieve maximum
comfort control in your home.
Touch one of the Touch ‘N’ Go keys –
HOme
( ),
aWaY
(
) and
NIGHT
(
) –
to tell your thermostat where you are.
To keep your home at one of the three
comfort levels indefinitely, simply press
the
lOCK
( ) key to confirm your setting.
When this function has been enabled,
the hourly program icon ( ) will disap-
pear from the display
The three Touch’N’Go keys are factory
default set to typical temperatures and
time bands (periods), which are differ-
entiated for heating and cooling. You
may need to make a temporary change
to the default program.
For instance, if you go to bed earlier
than usual, press the
NIGHT
(
) key to
lower the temperature earlier than the
time set by the hourly program.
To make a temporary change
Open the flap.
Press the
HOme
( ),
aWaY
(
) or
NIGHT
(
) key as desired. The
symbol on the display will flash to
represent you are temporarily at
home. The system will change the
temperature settings programmed for
that particular period of the day. The
thermostat will keep this tempera-
ture setting until the subsequent pe-
riod or until someone changes this
setting.
To return to the original period pro-
grammed, press the related key:
HOme

aWaY

) or
NIGHT
(
).
The system will return to the normal
operating period and the ( ) icon
