- As soon as you finish working, turn off the grinder by setting the switch (14) to «0» and disconnect
it from the mains, and only then start disassembling it.
To remove the Mincer attachment (2), press the lock button, turn the Mincer attachment (2)
clockwise and remove it.
To disassemble the Mincer attachment, Unscrew the nut (7) and remove the installed grate, the
cross-shaped knife (8) and the screw (3) from the Mincer attachment body.
CARE FOR A MEAT GRINDER
After the operation is complete, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch (14) to the "0"
position and remove the plug from the power outlet.
Press the lock button, turn the Mincer attachment clockwise and remove it.
Unscrew the nut (7) and remove the grate (4, 5, 6) and the cross-shaped knife (8) from the
screw (3).
Remove the screw (3) from the Mincer attachment (2).
Remove any remaining food from the auger (3). Wash all the accessories of the meat grinder in
warm water with a neutral detergent, rinse them and dry them thoroughly before assembling.
Wipe the body of the meat grinder (15) with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners to clean the body of the meat grinder (6).
Do not allow liquid to enter the meat grinder body.
Before storing the dried accessories, grease the grate (10) and the cross – shaped knife (9) with
vegetable oil to protect them from oxidation.
STORAGE
Before storing the meat grinder, make sure that the body of the meat grinder and all
removable parts are clean and dry.
Keep the device out of the reach of children and people with disabilities.
