6. Service
Service and maintenance work may only be performed by qualifi ed
personnel. Only Enertech original parts should be used when replacing
components.
6.1 Combustion device
1. Switch off the main power supply and disconnect the Euro plugs from
the burner.
2. Loosen nut (G) and remove the fan housing from the burner fl ange.
3. Remove the brake plate and electrode holder from the oil line and
clean.
4. Replace nozzle.
5. Clean or replace brake plate
6. Check ignition electrodes - replace if necessary, (see Technical data for
setting).
7. Install brake plate and electrode holder, (see Technical data for setting).
8. Check fl ame tube and clean if necessary.
9. Install fl ame tube, be sure to install the drainage hole downwards (not
available on all fl ame tubes) so that any oil spills can drain out.
10. Install fan housing and burner fl ange, lock with nut (G).
11. Refi t the Euro plugs and switch on the main power supply.
12. Check/adjust combustion.

Before obtaining access to terminals,
all supply circuits must be disconnected.

Use caution when
operating the
burner, surfaces
may be hot.

NB: When soiled,
always replace
nozzle with new
nozzle.
Do not clean!

When servicing/replacing components that affect combustion,
fl ue gas analysis and soot test shall be carried out on the installation.
