Initializing the DVD Recorder

’ is selected in the previous step,

you can either let the DVD Recorder scan the

channel you wish to add, or enter the frequency

number of the channel you wish to add manually.

To start scanning the channel you wish to add,
press the

button. If the desired channel is

found and you wish to stop scanning, press the

button again.

To enter the frequency of the channel you wish to

add, press the numbered buttons on the remote

control.

For example:

To enter the frequency 122.5, press ’1’ , ’2’, ’2’ and ’5’.

previous step, you can either let the DVD Recorder

scan the channel you wish to add, or enter the

number of the channel you wish to add manually.
To start scanning the channel you wish to add,

button. If the desired channel is

To enter the number of the channel you wish to

add, press the numbered buttons on the remote

control.

For example:

To enter the channel number 35, press ’1’ and ’5’.

6. Press the

Down

button to highlight ’

Program #

’ and enter the number of the new

channel using the numbered buttons on the remote control.

7. (Optional) Press the

Down

button to highlight ’

Channel Name

’ and press the

button.

To enter a character, press the

Down

button until the desired character

displays on-screen. To toggle between upper and lower case characters, press the

Select

button. To start entering the next character, press the

Right

button.

Repeat the procedure above to enter more characters. You can enter up to 5 characters.

Press the

button to confirm, and then the

Next

button to continue.
