NOTE:

Steps 14 and 15 will be repeated for both the

right and left hand sides of the lift.

STEP 14

( Lift Arm Installation )

Before proceding !

Carefully identify the Left Front Short Arm,

Left Rear Long Arm, Right Front Short Arm

and the Right Rear Long Arm assemblies

before proceding to insure proper

arm placement.

Refer to Asembly View on Page 8.

1. Install Left Front Short Lift Arm into Front Left side of
the Lift Carriage. Pay attention to the location of the tie
plate threaded holes to insure proper Lift Arm placement.
(See Fig 14.1)

2. Drop Lift Head Pin into right side Lift Carriage and
through holes in Lift Arms.

3. Install Snap-Ring onto Lift Pin. (See Fig 14.2)

4. Repeat procedures in Step 1-4 with Left Rear Lift Arm
Assembly.

5. Install the Lift Arm Tie Plate onto the arms using the 4
bolts, 4

fl

at washers, & 4 lock washers. tighten to approx 25

ft Lbs. (See Fig 14.3 )

6. Repeat procedures in Step 1-6 for the Right Front and
Right Rear Lift Arm Assemblies.

WARNING!

LIFT MUST BE PROPERLY ANCHORED TO

THE CONCRETE BEFORE

PROCEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION OF

THE LIFT ARMS AND WHEEL

CRADLE ASSEMBLIES.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE

INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS

BODILY INJURY AND OR DEATH AND OR

VOID PRODUCT WARRANTY.
