Button "buzzer off"
Press
to mute the buzzer. The buzzer sounds again as soon
as a new alarm message occurs.
Messages in the display mode
During normal and fault-free operation the display indicates e.g.:
That means: no alarm exists. The IT system transformer load is
xx %. When the load is below 5 %, no indication appears.
Alarm messages MK2418-11
The following messages are received by
•
the MK2418-11 via its inputs (upper terminal strip) and/or
BMS bus
•
the MK2418-12 via BMS bus only.

If the setting "med." in the "SETUP -> 5.PERSON" menu of this
MK2418 has been selected, only these messages are displayed.
** If the message is received via BMS bus, then the indication de-
pends on the settings in the menu "SETUP->POWER" of the asso-
ciated PRC487 (e.g. failure AV, SV, ZSV).
Insulation fault*
Message from 107TL47. Insulation resistance of the IT system has
fallen below the response value. Eliminate the fault with the shor-
test practical delay.
Overload*
Message from LSE470: Response value of the current has been
exceeded. Do not connect further loads, disconnect unnecessary
loads.
Over-temperature* Message from LSE470: Transformer temperature has reached
120 °C. Do not connect further loads, disconnect unnecessary loads.
Failure Line 1 *,**
Message from SUA470: Voltage failure on Line 1, switchover module
has switched to Line 2.
Failure Line 2 *,**
Message from contactor relay K3 of the switchover module: (in case
of three-phase switchover modules this can be a message from the
voltage relay). Availability of Line 2 must immediately be restored
again.
Insulation opera-
ting theatre lamp*
Message from 107TL47-1: insulation resistance of the IT system of
the operating theatre lighting has fallen below the response value.
Have this fault eliminated with the shortest practical delay.
Control fault
Message via input IN7 (normally not used). By activating this input,
the message "CONTROL FAULT" appears.
Failure distribu-
tion board*
Message via input IN8 (normally not used). By activating this input,
the message "FAILURE DISTRIBUTION BOARD" appears on the LC
display.
Line N failure*
"N conductor monitoring" has been activated, but a current flow
through the N conductor cannot be recognized. (only for 3phase
systems)
Short line 3*
No voltage at the output of the switchover module (on Line 3)
ConnectionSystem Interruption of the system to the system
Connection earth
Interruption of the connection to earth
Short CT.
No voltage at the output of the switchover module (Line 3)
Connection CT.
No voltage at the output of the switchover module (Line 3)
Fault K1

The switchover module has been set to manual mode.
Fault K3
Failure of contactor relay K3. (only for 3phase systems)
No address: n
No communication possible with the device with BMS address n.
No master !!!
No communication possible with the BMS Master.
Fault RS485
Communication error on the BMS bus (e.g. double assignment of an
address)
Device error
An internal fault has been recognized.
Fault xx
A fault from the bus device xx has been recognized and signalled.

Taste „Summer aus“
Die Taste
schaltet den Summer stumm. Der Summer ertönt
erneut bei Auftreten einer neuen Alarmmeldung.
Meldungen im Anzeigemodus
Im normalen und fehlerfreien Betrieb zeigt die Anzeige z.B.:
Dies bedeutet: Es liegt kein Alarm vor. Die Auslastung des IT-Sys-
tem-Transformators beträgt xx %. Liegt die Auslastung unterhalb
von 5 %, so wird die Lastanzeige ausgeblendet.
Alarmmeldungen MK2418-11
Die folgenden Meldungen erhält
•
das MK2418-11 über seine Eingänge (obere Klemmleiste)
und/oder BMS-Bus
•
das MK2418-12 nur über BMS-Bus.

Wenn im Menü „SETUP -> 5.PERSON“ dieser MK2418 „med.“ ein-
gestellt ist, werden nur diese Meldungen angezeigt.
** Wird die Meldung über BMS-Bus erhalten, so ist die Anzeige ab-
hängig von den Einstellungen im Menü „SETUP -> 9.POWER“ des
zugehörigen PRC487 (z.B. Ausfall AV, SV, ZSV).
Isolation Fehler*
Meldung vom 107TL47. Isolationswiderstand des IT-Systems ist unter
Ansprechwert gesunken. Fehler schnellstmöglich beseitigen lassen.
Überlast*
LSE470 meldet: Ansprechwert des Stromes wurde überschritten.
Keine weiteren Verbraucher zuschalten, nicht notwendige Verbrau-
cher abschalten.
Übertemperatur*
LSE470 meldet: Temperatur des Transformators hat ca. 120 °C über-
schritten. Keine weiteren Verbraucher zuschalten, nicht notwendige
Verbraucher abschalten.
Ausfall Leitung 1 *,

SUA470 meldet: Spannung auf Leitung 1 ist ausgefallen, Umschalt-
einrichtung hat auf Leitung 2 umgeschaltet.
Ausfall Leitung 2

Meldung vom Hilfsschütz K3 der Umschalteinrichtung (Eventuell vom
Spannungsrelais in Leitung 2 bei Drehstrom-Umschalteinrichtungen).
Verfügbarkeit von Leitung 2 ist umgehend wiederherzustellen.
Isol. OP-Leuchte*
107TL47-1 meldet: Isolationswiderstand des IT-Systems der OP-
Beleuchtung ist unter Ansprechwert gesunken. Fehler schnellstmög-
lich beseitigen lassen.
Steuerungsfehler
Meldung über Eingang IN7 (in der Regel nicht benutzt). Wird Eingang
aktiviert, erscheint die Meldung „STEUERUNGSFEHLER“.
Ausfall Verteiler*
Meldung über Eingang IN8 (in der Regel nicht benutzt). Wird Eingang
aktiviert, erscheint im LC-Display die Meldung „AUSFALL VERTEILER“.
Ausfall N-Leiter*
Bei eingestellter N-Leiter-Überwachung kann kein Strom durch den
N-Leiter erkannt werden. (Nur für 3-Ph-Systeme)
Kurz. Verteiler*
Keine Spannung am Ausgang der Umschalteinrichtung (an Leitung 3)
Anschluss Netz
Unterbrechung der benannten Anschlussleitung
Anschluss Erde
