7. The Stimulator slider key enables the two mode operation of the ApneBoot.
1. Stimulator ON: To provide auto-stimulation
2. Stimulator OFF: To deactivate the stimulator. In this state the device will
only alarm if the SpO
2
and PR measured values are below the set thresholds.
It will not provide any stimulation.
3.3 History Button
On clicking the HISTORY button, the history of desaturation and bradycardia
events is displayed to identify recurring episodes.
1. Duration: This displays the time in the hh:mm format and the ApneBoot
can record history upto 12 hours.
(a) If the duration displayed is less than 12 hours, that means it’s the runtime
of the main unit.
(b) If the duration displayed is 12 hours, that means it’s displaying the data for
the last active 12 hours and not for the entire unit runtime.
