Is your earmould/Dome inserted correctly?
Reinsert the earmould/dome
Is the volume very loud?
Reduce the volume with the volume control
Is the plastic tube or the earmould clogged or broken?
Visit your hearing care practitioner
Are you holding your hand or an object (e.g. a hat) too close to an instru-
ment?
Move your hand away or create some more space between the instrument and the object
Does there seem to be a large amount of wax in your ear?
Visit your physician
No sound
Is the instrument switched on?
Close the battery door to turn it on
Is the instrument switched on the telecoil program?
Switch it to the microphone program
Is there a battery in the instrument?
Insert a battery
Is the battery still good?
Replace it with a new one
Is the plastic tube or the earmould clogged or broken?
Visit your hearing care practitioner
Does there seem to be a large amount of wax in your ear?
