THERMAL DISINFECTION

Thermal Disinfection is Password Protected

– Can only be accessed by a Belmont-trained Biomedical Technician

The Thermal Disinfection screen can only be accessed by those trained by Belmont or an 
authorized Belmont distributor to service Belmont equipment. It would be performed 
during an annual periodic maintenance. During thermal disinfection, the device is heated 
internally to over 70 degrees C for nearly 3 hours.
