Mechanical cook to off timer (BI 602 MM)
Select your desired oven function and temperature. Turn the Mechanical Cook-to-off Timer control knob
fully clockwise to the maximum setting, then turn back to the desired setting. When the countdown is
complete, the timer will give an audible signal and turn off the oven function.
WARNING:
All cooking functions will not activate without setting a cooking duration. If you would like to
operate the oven without setting a cooking duration turn the minute minder control knob anti-clockwise
to the “on” setting.
