Once the main switch is turned on, the wash tank will begin to heat up to their operating
temperatures. The operator display will show the screen “Machine Not Ready” and the labeling
“Wash Tank Temperature” will be in the color red. Once the respective operating temperature is
reached, the labeling color will change to green.
6.3 Program Ready
Once the tank temperature buttons have changed to green the display will change to the
“ Program Ready ” screen and the Belimed CS 720 will be ready for operation. If the clean side
door is open or the spray ring is not in the up position, the “Machine Not Ready” screen will
remain. The operator can then touch any of the buttons in red in order to place the machine into a
state ready for operations, as follows:
“Close DS Door”
“Close CS Door”
“Raise Spray Ring”
