Terminal Functions

MSN Signalling

Press the 

Menu

softkey.

Using the arrow keys, call the 

Trminal

function up on the dis-

play and then press the corresponding softkey.

Select the 

Melody

softkey.

Use the arrow keys to select the MSN for which you want to
carry out settings and then press the 

OK

softkey.

Now set how this MSN should be signalled.

The arrow keys adjust the volume. The digits 

≠

}

and the 

±

and 

‘

keys adjust the ring tone.

Save your settings using the 

OK

softkey.

While carrying out the settings you hear the ringer as a control.

If an MSN is programmed (assigned), but should not ring (e.g.
an MSN which is reserved solely for faxes), just set the volume
to nought; even if the ringer is deactivated you can still make
calls using this MSN.
