Assembly Instructions
STEP 5:
Place assembled Crossbeams (B1 & B2) on top of two standing Poles (A1 &
A2).
Please note the correct orientation, and placement of these parts
to one another as illustrated on page 12. It is most important to note
that the side of each pole with the single, unused bolt-threading
insert near the tops will be ‘Facing Inward,’ see directional arrows
on page 12. Not having Poles (A1 & A2) in the correct orientation
will require parts be disassembled, and reassembled correctly later
during construction of this product.
Insert two M6x65mm Bolts (DD) through eyelets found by notch of
Crossbeam (B2), and into the top of Pole (A1), see Fig. 10. Insert two
M6x65mm Bolts (DD) through eyelets found by notch of Crossbeam (B1),
and into the top of Pole (A2). Follow these steps to connect remaining B1
with B2 to remaining A1 and A2.
Insert one M6x15mm Bolt (BB) through one end of Support (I), and into
bolt-threading insert found beneath Crossbeams (B2), see Fig. 11. Insert
second M6x15mm Bolt (BB) through opposite end of Support (I), and into
bolt-threading insert found near the top of Pole (A1), see Fig. 11. Follow
these steps to connect I to remaining B2 and A1.
Insert one M6x15mm Bolt (BB) through one end of Support (I), and into
bolt-threading insert found beneath Crossbeams (B1). Insert second
M6x15mm Bolt (BB) through opposite end of Support (I), and into bolt-
threading insert found near the top of Pole (A2). Follow these steps to
connect I to remaining B1 and A2.
*Do not tighten bolts down completely during this portion of assembly.
