Product does not
switch to spinning

There is unbalanced load in the
product.
• Automatic unbalanced load detection
system is activated due to the unbalanced
distribution of the laundry in the product.
The product will not spin if
water is not drained completely.

Excessive foam has occurred
and automatic foam absorption
system has been activated due
to too much detergent usage.
• Use recommended amount of detergent.
