compartment.
• If detergent is introduced into the prewash
compartment although the prewash cycle
is not selected, the machine may take this
detergent during the rinse or softener
phase. Put the detergent in the
appropriate compartment.
The pump filter is clogged.
• Check the filter.
The drain hose is kinked.
• Check the drain hose.
The laundry stiffened after

• With water hardness, using an insufficient
amount of detergent can cause laundry to
stiffen over time. Use an appropriate
amount of detergent according to the
hardness of the water.
