If you want to control your washing machine remotely, you must activate the remote
control function by pressing the Remote control button when the program button is in
the Download program/Remote control position on your washing machine's control
panel. When access to the product is established, you will see a screen similar to the
one shown below.
When the Remote control function is activated, only management, power off and
status monitoring operations can be performed through your washing machine. All
other functions except Child Lock can be managed via the app. You can control
whether the Remote control function is enabled or disabled via the function
indicator on the button.
If the remote control function is disabled, then all operations are performed on the
washing machine and only status tracking can be performed on the app.
In case the Remote control function cannot be activated, the device gives a warning
sound when you press the button. This can happen in case the device is turned on and
there is no device paired via Bluetooth. Examples of this are turning off the Bluetooth
settings or opening the washing machine door.
Once you activate this function on the washing machine, it will remain activated except for
certain conditions and will allow you to control your washing machine remotely via
Bluetooth.
In some cases, it disables itself for security reasons:
• When your washing machine is subject to a power cut.
• When the program knob is turned and a different program is
selected or the appliance is switched off.
4.3.15.4 Troubleshooting
Take the following actions if you encounter a command or connection
problem. Observe whether or not the issue persists after the operation
you performed. Proceed as follows if the problem is not solved.
• Check if your smart device is connected to the correct home network.
• Restart the product application.
• Disable Bluetooth and re-enable it through the User Control Panel.
• If the connection could not be established after the above operations, repeat the initial
configuration procedure on your washing machine.
If the problem persists, contact an authorized service agent.
