Washing Machine / User’s Manual
• In this step, go to the network settings menu of your smart device and select
“HomeWhiz-Washer-xxxx“. You can see the password of the network on the HomeWhiz
app.

After connecting your smart device to the "HomeWhiz" network, return to the
HomeWhiz app. On the app, you can see the washing machine you are adding. Tap Next to
proceed to the next step.

You can see a list of the nearby networks in the next step. Select the network to which
you want to connect your washing machine and enter the password for that network,
paying attention to uppercase, punctuation etc. Tap Next.

If your washing machine successfully connects to internet, your display will
automatically turn on in the normal mode and the Wireless icon will remain on.

After connecting your washing machine to the selected network, you must connect
your smart device to the same network. If your smart device has not established the
connection automatically, go to the settings of your smart device and connect to the
network to which your washing machine is connected.

Return to the HomeWhiz application and wait until the setup is complete. When setup
is complete, give your washing machine a name. Now, you can tap “Add White Appliance”
and see the product you have added in the “Products” page.

If you cannot successfully perform the setup within 5 minutes, your washing machine will
turn off automatically. In this case, you will have to start over the setup procedure. If the
problem persists contact the Authorised Service Agent.
You can use your washing machine with more than one smart device. To do this, download
the HomeWhiz app on the other smart device as well. When you launch the app, you will
need to log in with the account you previously created and paired your washing machine.

4.3.16.2 Setting up a washing machine that is
connected to someone else's account
If the washing machine you want to use was previously introduced to the system with
someone else's account, please follow the steps below for HomeWhiz registration and
setup of your product.
• Create a new account and log in to this account on the HomeWhiz app. Make sure that
your smart device and washing machine are connected to the same network.
• Tap Add/Remove Product on the Products page. Under "Other Products" tab, you can
see the product and the user who owns it.
• Touch next to the washing machine you want to add and name the product.

Your request to add the product will be sent to the product's owner via e-mail. You can start
to use the product mutually once the product's owner has approved your request. Plus, the
product owner may accept or reject the request sent through the application. For this, the
person must select the Settings tab on the main page of the application. They must proceed
to the User Linking Settings page and accept the request, if they want to.
