Manually slide the clamping pieces with the
clamped-in belt section fully together, un-
til the belt section makes contact with the
opposing clamping piece.

Tighten stop nuts (D) finger-tight up to the end stop. Then use the lock screws (G) to
secure the end stop position.
If necessary, the stop nuts (D) can be adjusted to finely adjust the radial contact
pressure.

Adjust the axial contact pressure using the
adjusting knob (C).

Open toggle mechanism all the way. Open
out stop plates for axial contact pressure.
Use adjusting knob (C) to adjust ball bearing
such that it makes slight contact with the
end stop chamfer when the toggle mecha-
nism is closed. Check the position by open-
ing and closing the toggle mechanism.
The adjusting knob (C) can only be adjusted when the toggle mechanism (A) is
open.
