The BEHA-Amprobe 2100 series are rugged
and easy-to-use two pole voltage testers
for voltage and continuity checks. The
2100 series are for electricians in industrial
and commercial applications for use in the
voltage range 12…690 V AC/DC, safety
rated to CAT IV 600 V, CAT III 690 V, are built
according to latest voltage tester standard
EN 61243-3:2010 and are GS approved.
All models offer voltage test by LED, phase
rotation test, switchable load by two
push buttons, single pole phase test and
continuity. Moreover, the series offer a torch
function for working in dark environment
and have an ingress protection rating of IP
64.
The voltage tester 2100-Beta offers dual
display for voltage test – LED and LCD
display.
• Voltage Test
Display by LEDs 12…690 V AC/DC
- Display by LCD display 12…690 V AC/
DC (2100-Beta only)
• Automatic AC/DC voltage detection,
indication of polarity
• Audio indication when detected
voltages above 50 VAC and 120 VDC
• Two pole phase rotation indication – no
third hand required

Safety Instructions
The voltage testers have been constructed
and tested in accordance with the safety
regulations for voltage testers and have left
the factory. To prevent injuries and damages
to the Voltage Tester, follow the safety
instuctions in this manual.
W
Read Before Using:
Danger of electric shock
• To avoid an electric shock, observe the
precautions when working with voltages
exceeding 120 V (60 V) DC or 50 V (25 V)
r.m.s. AC. In accordance with DIN VDE
these values represent the threshold
contact voltages (values in brackets refer
to limited ranges, e.g. in agricultural
areas).
• The acoustic indication
≥
50 V AC and
≥
120 V DC is only to warn the user, not
for measuring.
• Before using the Voltage Tester at
locations with a high background noise
level, it should be determined whether
the audio signal is perceptible.
• The Voltage Tester shall not be used
with the battery compartment open.
