Assembly your meat grinder for sausage stuffing
After removing the screw ring insert the worm shaft first then
add the separator and the sausage horn into the grinder housing.
Thighten the screw ring by turning clockwise. Attach the grinder-
housing to the motor unit.
Fit the tray into the inlet of the grinder housing.
Now the appliance is ready for the preparation of sausages.

Filling sausages
Only use minced meat for filling sausages.
Put the ingredients (minced meat) on the tray. Use the pusher to gently push the
meat into the grinder housing.
Put the sausage skin in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the wet skin onto
the sausage horn.
If the skin gets stuck onto the sausage horn, wet it with some water.
Switch on the appliance and the sausages stuffing can be started.
6.6
Use of the cookie attachment
Remove the screw ring and fit the cookie attachment
without slider in front of the medium grinding disk Ø 4.5
mm. Note that the direction of the cookie shaper must
be approx mounted horizontally. Attach the screw ring
to the grinder housing again and tighten by turning
clockwise.
