Rinse Fluid
Use a non-fluorescent, balanced electrolyte reagent, such as IsoFlow™ sheath fluid, for the
rinse fluid. The rinse fluid is used, in part, to clean the sample probe. Read the container’s
label for more information.
Cleaning Agent
COULTER CLENZ
®
cleaning agent cleans and rinses the sample probe. Using it daily
prevents protein buildup on the sample probe. Read the container’s label for more
information.
Flow-Count™ Fluorospheres
Flow-Count Fluorospheres is a suspension of fluorospheres used to determine absolute
counts on the flow cytometer. See the package insert for additional information.
IMMUNO-TROL

Cells and IMMUNO-TROL Low Cells
These control materials contain stabilized erythrocytes and leukocytes with a known quantity
of surface antigens. They are used to verify monoclonal antibody performance as well as to
