6.2.1 Access to device components
In order to be able to exchange the storage media, the battery or the fan, you must first gain access to these
device components.
Access to storage media
Access is gained to the storage media from the back of the Panel PC. The storage media are located behind
the lateral cover flap. To access the storage media, follow the steps below as shown in Figure 20:
1. Loosen and remove the four Torx TX10 screws (section A).
2. Remove the cover flap (section B).

You now have access to the storage media.

Access to battery and fans
Access is gained to the battery and fans from the back of the Panel PC. To access the components, you
must disconnect the heat sink from the display. To do this, follow the steps below as shown in Figure 21:
1. Remove the lower screw of the mounting arm adapter (Section A).
2. Loosen and remove the seven Torx TX25 screws on the back of the device (section B).
3. Disconnect the heat sink from the display (Section C).
