Troubleshooting information

Please ensure that the installation instructions

in the manual have been correctly followed.

Check whether the FEC has been connected

using undamaged cables that comply with the

relevant standards. Furthermore, you should

also make sure that the FEC is being provided

with the correct supply voltage.

What do I do if…..

Problem

The  module doesn’t react.

Remedy

Restart the module. Disconnect the power sup-

ply to the module for several seconds.
