BEC 8920AC User Manual

DNS Proxy

DNS proxy is used to forward request and response message between DNS Client and DNS Server.

Hosts in LAN can use router serving as a DNS proxy to connect to the DNS Server in public to
correctly resolve Domain name to access the internet.

DNS Proxy:

Select whether to enable or disable DNS Proxy function, default is enabled.

Host name of the Broadband Router:

Enter the host name of the router. Default is home.gateway.

Domain name of the LAN network:

Enter the domain name of the LAN network. home.gateway.
