Oven Section Start-up

Pull the (POWER)

Master Switch

out.

Pull the (OVEN)

Power Switch

out.

The oven round plates

and long exit conveyor

will turn on.

BE SURE OVEN DOORS

ARE CLOSED.

Pilot light ignite?

(First time pilot lighting may take

longer due to air in the gas lines.)

Should the pilot

fail to light in 30

seconds, the igniter

will shut itself off.

PUSH the

Oven Heat

button

in. If a sparking

sound is heard, the igniter

is sparking to light the pilot

tree.

The oven heat

button marked

(OVEN) must then

be pushed in, and a

full minute allowed to

pass for the ignition

circuit to reset.

Fail twice?

Call Qualified

Service Person

Yes

Once the pilot tree is

lit it may take another

minute for the burners

to come on.

Begin start up for

the MIDWEDGE.
