BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer Reference Manual

On the door’s interior, turn the tabs located along the upper edge of the
filter to release the old filter.

Dispose of the old filter. It cannot be reused.

Install a new filter. Ensure that the arrows etched on edges of the new filter
point in toward the instrument (arrows indicate direction of air flow).

Turn the tabs to hold the filter in place.
