SAFETY FEATURES
•
SAFETY VALVE:
If the pressure of the pump exceeds the preset max valve, excess water will
automatically return to the inlet system.
•
PRESSURE SWITCH:
If the pressure is too high, the gun will automatically stop operation.
•
THERMAL PROTECTION:
If motor overheats, machine will turn off automatically. Let machine cool for a
few minutes then turn back on.
SWITCHING OFF
1.
When finished, turn off the water supply tap.
2.
Press trigger to release trapped pressure/water.
3.
Remove the water inlet hose. Let the machine run for a few seconds to drain water from the pump.
4.
Turn off and unplug the machine.
5.
Remove the high pressure hose. Press trigger to drain residual water.
SOAP BOTTLE ATTACHMENT
1.
Add a diluted mixture of detergent and water to the
part G soap bottle.
2.
Remove the part F nozzle from the part E lance.
Slide the sleeve down and pull the nozzle to remove.
3.
Insert the soap bottle into the lance.
4.
Press the trigger to spray a mixture of soap
and water.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning and maintenance.
•
Do the following after every use:
- Wash water hose, high pressure hose, lance, nozzle, and accessories
- Clean connectors of dust and sand
- Rinse soap bottle
•
Dirt in feed water will damage the machine.
•
If nozzle clogs, immediately stop machine, disconnect nozzle, and clean.
•
If necessary, clean nozzle with provided cleaning pin. Disconnect nozzle, use pin to remove obstructions,
and flush water through the nozzle.
•
Wipe down exterior of machine. Clear vents of obstructions.
•
Regularly grease couplings.

To remove dirt more effectively, add detergent to the spray with the soap bottle attachment. Only use
specific cleaning agents designed for use with a pressure washer.
