BIOS SETUP
Set Supervisor Password Change, set, or disable a supervisor password. The
supervisor password allows complete access.
Set User Password
Change, set, or disable an user password. The user
password generally allows only power-on access.
Save & Exit Setup
Save settings in nonvolatile CMOS RAM and exit
Setup.
Exit Without Saving
Abandon all changes and exit Setup.
4.3 Standard CMOS Features Menu
In the Standard CMOS Menu, you can set the system clock and calendar, record
disk drive parameters and the video subsystem type, and select the type of errors
that stop the BIOS POST.
4.3.1 Date
The BIOS determines the day of the week from the other date information. This
field is for information only. Press the left or right arrow key to move to the desired
field (date, month, year). Press <PgUp> or <PgDn> key to increment the setting, or
type the desired value into the field.
4.3.2 Time
The time format is based on the 24-hour military-time clock. For example, 1 p.m. is
13:00:00. Press the left or right arrow key to move to the desired field. Press the
<PgUp> or <PgDn> key to increment the setting, or type the desired value into the
field.
