Chapter 4    Installing Quick2Config on Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11

Installing Remote Annex Network Software for Windows

1.

Choose Yes to install Win32s if you do not have it installed on
your system. You need Win32s to run Quick2Config Annex. If
you already have Win32s installed on your system, choose No.

•

If you choose Yes, Setup installs the Win32s software. In a
Windows 3.1 environment the Restart Windows dialog box
opens (Figure 4-2) after Win32s installation.

•

If you choose No, and you do not have Win32s on your
system, Setup exits. If you chose No, and Win32s is already
on your system, the Welcome dialog box opens
(Figure 4-3).

Choose Yes, I want to restart Windows now to continue installing
Quick2Config Annex. If you run Windows for Workgroups, login.
