Electrical and/or electronic components:
1. Damage caused by incorrect installation, faults caused by inadequate electrical or hydraulic systems, faults caused
by limescale or sludge, and faults caused by environmental, climatic or similar conditions;
2. Faults caused by neglect, inadequate maintenance, tampering, incorrect use, or repairs made by unqualified or
unauthorised persons;
3. Corrosion and breakage caused by eddy currents, condensation, chemically aggressive water, incorrectly
performed limescale removal treatments, frost, water loss, blockages caused by sludge or limescale, acidity,
overheating;
4. Damage or faults caused by the use of non-original spare parts or parts not authorised by the seller.
The present warranty also excludes all operations of normal maintenance.
The present warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
For the duration of the warranty period, BAXI S.p.A. undertakes to replace or repair, free of charge, those components
proven defective in material or manufacture. In the case of defects of conformity present at the time of delivery, BAXI
S.p.A. undertakes to repair or replace the collector an/or storage cylinder, as the user prefers, free of charge, unless
the work required is objectively impossible or excessively onerous according to art. 1519 quater.
At the end of a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, BAXI S.p.A. undertakes:
Solar collectors
To replace the product in the event of perforation for a further 36 months.
In such cases, the liability of BAXI S.p.A. shall be limited to the replacement of the perforated collector.
Warranty periods are not cumulative: even if a solar collector is replaced or repaired following authorisation by a
Service Centre, its subsequent warranty shall only extend for the remaining period of the original warranty.
Storage cylinders
To replace stainless steel storage cylinders in the event of perforation for a further 36 months.
In such cases, the liability of BAXI S.p.A. shall be limited to the replacement of the perforated storage cylinder.
Warranty periods are not cumulative: even if a storage cylinder is replaced or repaired following authorisation by a
Service Centre, its subsequent warranty shall only extend for the remaining period of the original warranty.
If entry into service takes place after five years from the date of manufacture, as shown by the serial number of the
collector and/or storage cylinder, BAXI S.p.A. reserves the unalienable right to verify the product’s state of
conservation and functionality and to recondition it against payment before issuing a valid warranty, or otherwise not
to issue a warranty if the product is not reconditioned.
At the end of the warranty period specified above, the present warranty expires and all subsequent technical
assistance will be charged for.
In particular end users will be debited for spare parts, labour costs, transport of materials and personal transfer at the
rates in force at the time and in the possession of company’s technical personnel.
Warranty periods are not cumulative: if a part is replaced or repaired, its subsequent warranty shall only extend for the
remaining period of the original collector and/or storage cylinder warranty.
Users have the right to request the intervention of an authorised BAXI Service Centre to repair proven defects in
product conformity. In such cases, repair personnel shall be despatched within a period of time determined on the
basis of the nature of the fault.
A list of authorised BAXI S.p.A. Service Centre addresses and telephone numbers is provided with the storage
cylinder.
Parts replaced under the warranty remain the property of BAXI S.p.A.
BAXI S.p.A. shall not be held liable for injury or damage caused directly or indirectly by defects in the solar collector
after the forced suspension from use of the same.
All controversy shall be referred to the Court of Bassano del Grappa.
