10 LSS slave

10.1 General

The baud rate and node ID can be configured by LSS (according to CiA 305). Another possibility to change the baud rate

and node ID is to access to the objects 2100h and 2101h (see object directory).

The LSS service is only available in NMT Stopped Mode.

10.3 LSS address

The needed values for LSS addressing as vendor ID, revision number, product code and serial number are printed on a

label on the encoder housing.
