2.2 Communication area
The communication area for the antenna PC3114/
00A (maximum 2 m distance) is shown in Figure
2.1. The diagram assumes a Data Tag temperature
of -40oC - +40oC and a pitch and tilt angle of 0o.
The antenna PC3114/01A has almost twice as
long communication distance (Figure 2.2).
It is always recommended to only utilise 50 to 75%
of the range in free space due to influences in the
actual installation.

Figure 2.3 shows the allowed alignment between
Data Tag and antenna.
