IF THE FAULT CODE REAPPEARS AFTER FOLLOWING
THE ABOVE ADVICE AND CLEARING THE FAULT
CODE. YOU SHOULD TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE;
DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE FROM YOUR MAINS
SUPPLY. THEN ARRANGE FOR AN ENGINEER TO
ATTEND THE APPLIANCE. YOU SHOULD CONTACT
THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT ON TELEPHONE
NUMBER (0118) 933 6911.
IF AN ENGINEER ATTENDS DURING THE GUARANTEE
PERIOD AND FINDS THAT A FAULT HAS BEEN
CAUSED BY AN ITEM ON THE ERROR CODE LIST,
WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED BY THE
CUSTOMER. THEN YOU MAY BE LIABLE FOR THE
COST OF THE SERVICE CALL.
General troubleshooting

Dishwasher
does not start.
Fuse blown or the circuit
breaker has acted.
Power supply is not
turned on.
Error code E1 – water
pressure is too low.
The door of the
dishwasher is not
properly closed.
Replace the fuse or reset the
circuit breaker.
Remove any other appliances
sharing the same circuit with the
dishwasher.
Make sure the dishwasher is
turned on and the door is closed
securely.
Make sure the power cord is
properly plugged into the wall
socket.
Check that the water supply is
connected properly and the
water is turned on.
Make sure the door is closed
properly and clicked into place.
Water does not
drain from the
dishwasher.
There is a kink in the
drain hose.
The filter is clogged.
Kitchen sink is clogged.
Check the drain hose.
Check the filter assembly.
Check the kitchen sink to make
sure it is draining well. If the
problem is the kitchen sink not
draining, you may need a
plumber rather than an engineer
to rectify the problem.
Suds in the
dishwasher.
Improper detergent has
been used.
Use only special dishwasher
detergent to avoid suds. If this
occurs, open the dishwasher
door and let the suds evaporate.
Add 1 gallon of cold water to the
dishwasher interior. Close the
