Special safety regulations for
belt sander
Assure that the maintenance and repair of your power tool by a qualified repair person
using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool
is maintained.
Service
CAUTION:
Before plug the tool to the power source (inlets, wall outlets, etc.)
make sure that the voltage are the same that is identified in the plate placed
in the tool, in case of doubts does not connect your tool. A power source that
has higher voltage than is specified in the tool may cause serious injuries to
the user, as in the tool. If a power source with a lower voltage than the
recommended in the identification plate of the tool, will be harmful for the
engine.
Always unplug the tool from the power source before any adjust of
maintenance, even when change the belt or the sanding belt.
-When work over wood always plug the Dust Collector Bag or use a dust collector
-If you detect the belt sander that use is broken, overused or it stuck constantly, stop
working and replace the sand
-Do not touch the belt sander in movement
-Make sure that have removed all foreign objects as nails or screws from the work area,
before to star to work
-Rags, cloths, cords, ropes and similar, never have been placed in the work area
-Always use security equipment as eye and ear protectors, dust mask and protective
clothing and security gloves

that has to be mentioned will declared misuse excluding from any liability to the
manufacturer and the user will assume every liability of resultant damage or injuries for
the misuse of the tool.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any change performed to the tool for any

is not possible eliminate every residual risk factors. The following dangers may appear
related to the design and manufacture of the tool:

-Unscrew completely the cord for avoiding potential overheating
-When you require an electric cord as an extension, always make sure it is suitable for
your tool and at the same time this extension in good electric condition.
-After long periods of use, external steel pieces and accessories may overheat.
-If is possible, use clamps or a lathe as a workbench to place the piece that you working
it
-Always turn off the tool before put the sander over the piece that you working it
-Do not force the tool; let the tool works in accurate speed. If applies excessive force will
produce an overload and the engine will decrease its speed, that may result an inefficient
process of sanding and an eventual damage to the engine
