Hardware buttons of IR sensor
2.2.4
The configuration on the BO.sensor allows to choose between 2 different usages of the hardware
buttons.
Use hardware buttons for Beolink output
This function allows you to use the hardware buttons to control a B&O audio source using the
Beolink output.
Pressing
timer
will send a Beo PLAY-command. After the delay defined in ETS, a STANDBY-
command will be send to the B&O audio address. The LED will be red to indicate the timer is active.
Pressing the arrow buttons (up or down), will control the volume of the B&O audio device.
When you press play, it will send a play command to the AUDIO address.
Use hardware buttons for KNX
Instead of controlling the B&O-system, you can also use the buttons to control your audio system
through KNX (e.g. Asano).
Pressing
timer
will send a KNX PLAY-command to the predefined source. After the delay defined in
ETS, a STANDBY command will be send. The LED will be red to indicate the timer is active.
The volume button will work identical to the volume buttons from the Beo remote.
When you press play, it will send a play command to the AUDIO source defined in ETS.
