Rotate the temperature controller clockwise. The thermostat allows for stepless
adjustment of water temperature. The following settings may be used:
Boiling /
interval boiling (BOIL) / HOT / WARM.
Follow the
table
on
page 38
.
The control light is on during the heating phase.
Water boiling
In order to boil water set the temperature to the maximum. Rotate the temperature
controller clockwise to position
.
The control light will come on. It indicates that the device is heating. After several
minutes the water will boil. It is indicated by released steam.
When the temperature controller remains in that position the water will continuously
boil and will evaporate eventually.
WARNING! Burn hazard!
The released hot steam may cause burns of hands, arms,
and face! Do not remove the lid during boiling.
Interval boiling
In order to avoid continuous
boiling rotate the temperature controller backward until
the control light goes off. The device will be set to
interval boiling
mode.
When the water temperature in the tank drops the control light will come on and the
device will heat the water. The thermostat adjusts the energy consumption to the
needs and saves it.
