7. Possible Malfunctions
In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.

The indicator

No water or not enough
water in the water tank.
Press the
„Stop“

. Pour water and
wait for 3 minutes. Press the

Too many ice cubes in the
ice cube basket.
Remove an excess of ice
from the ice cube basket.
The indicators

The ice scoop is
immobilized.
Check whether ice is blocking
the ice scoop. Remove ice
cubes. If it is not the case,
contact the customer service.
Ice cubes stick to
each other
The ice cube making
process is taking too long.
Switch off the device with the
„Stop“
button
and switch
it on again with the
„Start“
button
. If ice cubes are
melting, select
to produce
smaller ice cubes.
The water temperature in
the container or the ambient
temperature is too low.
Exchange water in the
container. The optimal water
temperaure is between 7 °C
and 32 °C.
The ice cube making
process is normal but
does not produce any
ice cubes
The ambient temperature or
the water temperature in
the container is too high.
Make sure that ambient
temperature is below 32 °C
and pour colder water into the
container.
The cooling agent has
run out.
Contact the customer service.
The cooling tube is blocked. Contact the customer service.
The ice cube making
process has stopped
automatically
The power supply was cut
off during the ice cube
making process.
Pull the plug. Wait for a few
minutes, and then carefully
remove the ice cubes. Switch
the device on and start the ice
cube making process.
