Function description

Microcomputer control system: automatic pressure monitoring and double safety protection in the process of crimping,
automatic reset and stop motor rotation after finishing the crimping.

Automatic reset function: automatic pressure relief hydraulic device, when the pressure relay reaches the maximum, the
piston (lower die seat) automatically returns to the original position.

Manual reset function - in case of error during crimping, the piston (lower die seat) can be returned to its original position
by manual reset.

Miniature bipolar hydraulic system: the piston (lower die holder) pushes forward rapidly during the process of crimping
low pressure, and slowly pushes forward after the die contacts the terminal

When the power is switched on, the battery is low and the crimping process is wrong, the microcomputer control
system will give out sound and red LED flashing signal

Temperature sensor: When works for a long time, it will be heat. When the temperature exceeds 60℃, it will stop
automatically and a warning will appear to protect the tool from being burned. After the temperature drops, it can continue to work .
