LUBRICATION / GREASE REQUIREMENTS

The 3107C has all of the grease zerks in one location on the right side of the machine. The machine
should be greased as follows:

Arm pivots- Weekly or every 25 hours of use

Feed wheel bearing- Daily or every 6 hours of use

Flywheel bearings- Daily or every 6 hours of use

Tensioner pivot- Weekly or every 25 hours of use
