4.2 Mounting the TF-10 tile
What has to be done ?
The TF-10 tiles have to be mounted into the assembled and installed support structure.

:
The following procedure must be performed by minimum three authorized and quali fi ed technical
persons, which are thoroughly familiar with the product and all of the proper safety checks of this product.
To do otherwise increases the risk of hazard and injury to the user.
TF-10 tile mount sequence
Build up the TF-10 Display row by row from bottom to top. Always start in the middle of the row and complete the row by placing the
TF-10 tiles beside one another from the middle of the row to the sides.
Necessary tools
• Wrench 15 mm.
• Scaffold or Z-lift.
Necessary parts
• TF-10 tiles.
• Four M10 nuts per tile for depth adjustment (DIN6923 hexagon thin nut - steel zinc plated : B363916).
• Four M10 nuts per tile for fi xation (DIN6926 prevailing torque type hexagon fl ange nut - steel zinc plated : B363915).
How to mount a TF-10 tile ?
1. Bring the TF-10 tile in front of its fi nal position in the LED-wall. Ensure the tile is in the right position, so with the lifting hooks on
top.
