3. Components of a fixed SLite display
3.1 SLite tile
Introduction SLite tile
The SLite series is designed for ultra-large outdoor LED display installations. The SLite tile can overlay video and data sources in
their native quality. A unique video processing feature enables the creation of a visual resolution quasi double the physical resolution
defined by the cluster of LED’s spread on the surface of the display. The SLite tile is an IP65 rating rugged module and the modular
concept of the re-sync unit enables hot swap possibilities which allows servicing of a display panel and its components while the
rest of the display continues playing.

The rear side of the SLite 10 XP is slightly different then the other SLite tiles, but the functionality remains the
same.
Power cables used between SLite tiles
To meet the demands of each SLite application Barco offers several lengths of power cables to link power from tile to tile. Note that
the power output port of the last tile in the power chain has to be sealed with a dummy power plug.
