Projector without any 800 Peripheral Connected
These source numbers 80 - 85 and 90 - 95 do not correspond to
physical inputs. An additional adjustment file can be created for these
source numbers. This file can contain different settings. The
relationship between sources 0 - 5, 80 - 85 and 90 - 95 is shown in the
diagram below.

These source numbers 91 - 99 do not correspond to physical inputs.
An additional adjustment file can be created for these source num-
bers (source numbers of the 800 peripheral). This file can contain
different settings. The relationship between sources 1 - 9 and 91 - 99
is shown in the diagram below.

LCD Projection Control Software for
Windows
The LCD Projection Control Software is a highly integrated
application that allows you to effectively manage and control your
BARCO Retro Projectors via your PC. It includes a robust feature
set that allows for direct control of all of the projector's functions
via an RS232 serial cable. It allows for the simultaneous control
of groups of projectors. The software is invaluable during staging
events because it allows the control of menu functions directly
without displaying menus that can be disruptive during your
presentation. Thus allowing you to fine tune the projected image
during a show as the video signal changes. It also provides
valuable assistance in the setup of the projector with its handy
Lens Calculator feature.
The software offers the following features:
Direct access control
Direct access control allows you to control a group of projectors
or a single projector in an easy way. In direct access, all changes
produce an immediate result. This means that you can control
the displayed image (e.g. brightness, contrast, ...) as if you are
using the local keypad or the remote control. In direct access you
can also control all other projector parameters such as geometry,
audio, and format.
On-line file control
A BARCO projector stores display settings for every type of input
(PAL, NTSC, VGA, SVGA, ...) in a projector file. The projectors -
-memory contains a list of files describing common input
sources. These files can either be standard files or custom files.
Before you can use a new source you have to create a custom
File.
The Software allows you to edit, rename, copy and delete
projector files in an easy and user-friendly manner.
Off-line file control
Off-line control allows you to perform actions on files that are
stored on your PC.
These files can have different origins: they could have been
retrieved from a connected projector, or you could have created
them with the Software.
The LCD Projector Control Software allows you to manage (copy,
rename and delete), edit or create, and translate projector files
that are stored on your PC. You can also compare two projector
files or list the contents of a projector file.
Source numbers 81 - 85
Only valid if no input module is connected to slot 81 - 85 of a
RCVDS05.
The source numbers 81 - 85 correspond to the physical inputs 1 - 5
of the projector.
e.g. When slot 1 of the projector has to be selected, key in source
number 81.
The relationship between the sources of slot 1 - 5 of the projector with
the 800 peripheral is shown below.
