Measures

• Check that the power cable is not disconnected from the AC outlet or the AC power input

receptacle of the unit. (

 p.17)

• Check that the cables are firmly connected. (

 pp.13, 14)

• Check that the cable is firmly connected to the appropriate receptacle of the equipment to

be used in combination. (

 pp.13, 14)

• Check that the power switch is set to ON. (

 p.18)

• Check that the fluorescent lamps are lit. (

 pp.18, 24)

• Check that switching between the overhead and base lighting is correct. (

 pp.18, 24)

• Check that the document is not completely white or black.

• When displaying the image of a PC card file, check that the file is not of a format that

cannot be read by this unit. (

• Check that the lens cap is removed. (

 p.16)

• Check the focus. Press the FOCUS
