Step 48

XGA/SXGA+ systems (4:3)

Apply the horizontal and vertical stitch borders.

In horizontal direction there is only one stitch border,
R844432.

In vertical direction there a three types of stitch
borders which differ in length :

R844958 – for all "non-corner modules", l = 1200

R844957 – for the "corner modules", l = 1240

R844433 – for all vertical sides in case of only one
row, l=1280

Step 49

Stitch the screens:

Stitching the screens requires special trained
personnel!

It might be helpful not to tightly fasten the fixation
screws on the vertical sides unless ALL screens are
mounted and stitched.

When the screen is stitched, unlock the horizontal
stitch plates and remove the jig.

When all screens are mounted and stitched, tightly
fasten also the fixation screws on the vertical sides
