The power oscillations must not be higher than 10%, otherwise they
would cause damages in the electric equipment of the machine.
It is completely obligatory the connection to earth of the main power
source of the machine. Use the earth connection marked as PE in the electric
cabinet.
In the electric power supply to the machine you have to install a
differential circuit breaker with a sensibility of 0.3 Amp and an automatic circuit
breaker suitable for the installed machine power (see electrical drawings).
The electric connection must be done entering the cable (with a suitable
section for the installed power) through the free cable guide of the electric
cabinet and connecting each wire to the forseen connection points.
On and off switching of the machine must be done always through the
main switch.
Warnings
•
Do not turn the main switch on if the machine is not connected to earth.
•
Be sure that all the electric parts are good protected so that they are not
damaged.
•
Be sure that the connections are properly placed.
•
Be sure that no protection or doors of the electric system are opened
without having checked that the machine is fully disconnected.
•
When you switch off the machine and open the electric cabinet, be
careful as they are elements that accummulate energy which could
generate a risk of electric shock.
1.3.3.3 Pneumatic connections
The compressed air installation must be clean, have a humidity
percentage not higher than 5% and the net pressure must be between 6 and 8
bar (kg/cm2).
