Axle Maintenance – Every 100 operating hours
Maintenance work on the axle should only be carried out by fully trained and
authorized personnel.
1.
Retighten wheel nuts.
2.
Check wheel bearings and adjust, if necessary.
Adjusting Distance Between the Brush and Conveyor
1.
Loosen the two screws (1) on each side of the brush bearing support plate.
2.
Move the brush until it slightly contracts the conveyor belt.
3.
Retighten screws (1).
