Adjusting the conveyor belt tension after assembly
1.
Tension the conveyor belt on both sides evenly using two tension screws until it is
stretched to 19” inches or 487mm (the distance between shaft centers).
2.
Allow the conveyor belt to run for approximately 30 minutes observing that the
conveyor belt is centered between the sides.
The conveyor belt should not be in contact with the side. If necessary, increase tension
on the same side the conveyor belt is in contact.
